Thanks to The Employer’s Handbook Blog I found this video of an innovative employee who quit her job while dancing on video.

My first thought was, “she’s a good dancer.” But I am a terrible dancer, so every dancer looks better than me.

Here’s the question:  Would you hire this woman?
