With all the wonderful developments in technology devised to help us work more efficiently and accurately, employees continue to be tethered to a cubicle. However, there are two culture crusaders trying to set corporate America free. Cali Ressler and Jody Thompson, the developers of ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment) continue to prove with new research (link below) that companies who grant freedom to their employees in a ROWE greatly benefit financially.

A ROWE releases employees to work when, where and how they want — as long as the appropriate results are obtained. This new work environment relieves the pressure placed on working families who are forced to choose job over family. With ROWE, the family wins and the company wins.
On average, employee productivity increases 40% with a ROWE work environment. ROWE is not flex. Flex is a band-aid. ROWE is the cure. In fact, our ROWE friends call flex the “F” word.
It would not be surprising to see adopters of the ROWE workplace begin showing up on the Fortune Great Place to Work List very soon.
